Finding a face palette with great shades and pigmentation is difficult nowadays! I happened to spot the Sculpt & Glow Palette from Models Own and thought all three shades – bronzer, blush, and highlighter – looked fantastic! I was excited to give it a shot, especially for the price point it was at!
Models Own is a new brand to Ulta, so I was excited to try some things from the brand! I found that they had quite a few different palettes – Sculpt & Glow Contour and Sculpt & Glow Highlighter. I decided to pick up the ‘Light’ shade of the Sculpt & Glow Contour so I could get a good range of products to try! Each of the shades looked like a great fit for my skintone and the palette looked like it could be great for traveling with!
I was surprised when I first received the palette by how big each of the pans were! They definitely aren’t skimping on the amount of product they put in the palette! I can’t see myself reaching pan on any of these, anytime soon! I was also pleasantly surprised by the actual packaging. The palette has sleek white packaging with a magnetic closure, which is great! I always forget how nice a magnetic closure is – you never have to worry about getting a frustrating palette that won’t open!
Now… to start talking about the actual shades – how gorgeous are they!? I was shocked by the beautiful shades and pigmentation of these! To start, the bronzer is a beautiful, warm-toned shade. It’s perfect for bronzing up the skin and leaves the skin with a very natural, “out in the “sun” look! The highlighter is not too cool- or warm- toned, but pulls more to a beige highlight! It’s become one of my new everyday highlighters – it’s just so pretty on the skin! The blush is a beautiful pinky coral with quite a bit of shimmer in it. It reminds me a lot of a mix between Benefit’s GALifornia and Coralista! It looks stunning on the cheeks and gives the perfect pop of color!
I am so impressed by this palette and It has become one of my everyday go-to’s! The pigmentation of each of the shades makes it feel like a high-end palette, but the price is on the lower end of the scale (especially for the size of it!). I love each and every one of these shades, and can’t wait to try out a few more of the palettes!
